Cú Chulainn T-Shirt
A young boy does battle with a monstrous hound, nothing but his hurling stick and a ball to defend himself with... This is the fight that will change his fate and give him a new name; Cú Chulainn. This T-Shirt was created by Badger King Tattoo to raise money for charity. Northern Fire guarantee that all proceeds after taxes will be donated directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
About the T-Shirt, Broc says:
"Cú Chulainn is perhaps Ireland’s greatest hero, the defender of Ulster. While this design certainly has influence from the classic Celtic manuscript style, I have woven in a much older la Tène style to hint at the origins of this story in the Irish Iron Age. Along the side of this design, Cú Chulainn’s birth-name Setanta is written in ogham script, Ireland’s indigenous alphabet. I decided to donate all the proceeds from this shirt to the Teenage Cancer Trust. I hope you’ll join me in paying tribute to all the young people who are facing their own battles."
All designs are sharp, high quality screen prints on ethically sourced organic cotton. This Stanley Stella T-Shirt is designed to fit so if you prefer a looser fitting T-Shirt, we would recommend considering the next size up.
