Petroglyph Shaman | Organic Hoodie

Design

The back of this hoodie features a large design created by Kai-Uwe Faust of Kunsten på Kroppen Tattoo and has been hand printed in the Northern Fire studio.

Petroglyphs from Bronze Age Scandinavia remain some of the most iconic images of their time. Carved into stone by the ancient peoples of the world, the scenes depict wartime and ritual, or often a combination of both.

Though some of these individuals most likely depict gods or warriors, others harbor magical or shamanistic characteristics.

Kai Uwe-Faust of  Heilung was inspired by these petroglyphs to create a person between the worlds of both battle and spirit, something ancient peoples of all cultures identified with, and an idea that is still very relevant today.

On the front of the hoodie, the  Kunsten på Kroppen Tattoo logo is featured in a matching red to the petroglyph seen on the back.
