Ragnarok Mjolnir A2 Print
It is said that during Ragnarok, the god Thor will fight with the great serpent Jormungandr... and neither will survive the encounter.
One of the children of Loki and the giantess Angrboða, Jormungandr was cast into the ocean of Midgard by Odin where he grew so large he encircled the earth, until he was biting his own tail.
In this artwork by Dyrs Hjarta Art, you can see their final great battle as Thor raises his hammer Mjolnir to strike down the beast. But his victory was short lived, as Thor was himself laid low by the poison of the Midgard serpent.
